Please indicate how plan to fund your appointments e.g. self-funding or insurance-funded.
Online booking for existing clients
Existing Clients: I recommend you book multiple appointments to secure your time slots. The clinic can get very busy so it is better to book in advance and appointments can be changed/cancelled at a later date if needed.
If you have not had an appointment within the last three months then please email first to ensure availability.
Important Information
Cancellation: There is a 48-hour cancellation policy at the clinic, therefore, if you are unable to attend this appointment for whatever reason, please contact me as soon as possible. Please note that you will be charged 100% of the fee for all non-attended appointments that are not cancelled, and those cancelled within 48 hours.
Time Zones: I work with clients internationally. The online booking system automatically adjusts to the local time zone you are in at the time of booking. You can changed the time zone if required using the drop-down box. Please check your email confirmation to check your appointment has been booked for the correct time. If any confusion contact me.
Payment: The booking calendar defaults to Great British Pounds (GBP) but I also accept various international currencies including Norwegian NOK. Please see my fees page for more information.
