Neurodivergence
From Burnout to Balance
A bit like being left- or right-handed, neurodivergence is a different way of processing information and experiencing the world — neither better nor worse. Many environments and expectations are shaped around neurotypical ways of thinking and functioning. This can create challenges for neurodivergent people, as well as pressure to mask or adapt to fit in.
Whether you are wondering if a neurodivergent lens might help explain some of your experiences, or you have recently received a diagnosis, I aim to help you better understand yourself, find ways of working with your needs and reduce the risk of overwhelm and burnout.
I can help with experiences including:
Overwhelm and burnout
Anxiety and stress
Attention, concentration and task initiation
Organisation and time management
Sensory processing
Sleep difficulties and fatigue
Perfectionism and people-pleasing
Socialising, relationships and communication
Navigating change and uncertainty
Workplace or study difficulties
Masking and identity
